The TSC MH641 is the professional solution for high-resolution label production where every detail counts. With a print resolution of 600 DPI, this model perfectly reproduces fine fonts, small icons and complex graphic elements, as well as providing reliable 2D (e.g. DataMatrix, QR) and 1D barcode scanning. Printing methods supported are thermal-transfer and direct-thermal: thermal-transfer is suitable for long-lasting, durable labels, while direct-thermal is suitable for shorter-term labels with lower operating costs. A maximum print speed of 9.1 m/min (≈ 5.97 in/s) ensures sufficient productivity in compact lines, while a maximum width of 104 mm (≈ 4.09″) meets the needs of most specific labels. The MH641 is particularly suitable for labelling pharmaceuticals, electronics, medical devices and small components where high accuracy and readability are required.
