The ALX 73x Print & Apply system is designed to meet the needs of medium to high throughput labelling in industrial lines. The combined thermal transfer and direct thermal printing method and 300 dpi resolution ensure sharp text, barcodes and graphics on labels as wide as 160 mm. Printing and application speeds of up to 833 mm/second and an advanced reel transport mechanism allow for reliable 1:1 label preparation without downtime.

Thanks to its modular design, the ALX 73x can be easily integrated with a wide range of applicators, from soft blow (LA-BO) to touch (LA-TO/LA-TO XL) and oscillating (LA-SO) feed heads. The intuitive 4.3″ TFT touch screen, Ethernet/USB/RS-232 interfaces and PLC input/output options allow seamless integration into existing production lines.
