Novexx ALS204 – a high-performance, robust adhesive label applicator designed for industrial environments that require the application of promotional and informational labels. The compact design of the ALS series allows the device to be conveniently integrated into production lines for various labeling scenarios – from above, from the side or from below, while additional labeling accessories help to adapt the solution to a specific product and conveyor.

The ALS204 supports labeling speeds of up to 40 m/min, works with label materials up to 110 mm wide (with backing paper) and labels 5–600 mm long, making it suitable for both smaller and longer information labels. The maximum roll diameter is 300 mm, with several core options available (38/76/101 mm), and the backing paper can be wound up to 200 mm.

For integration into the line, the device has industry-standard interfaces (RS-232C, Ethernet, USB), and operating environment parameters (5–40 °C, 30–85 % humidity without condensation) and IP21 protection with an option up to IP65 allow you to select the right configuration for the risks in your environment. Additional options such as an encoder for line speed synchronization, a remote display, or IP65 protection kits help to create a stable solution suitable for 24/7 operation.
