| Series of devices | Mini desktop digital label finishing devices: DLF-140S (up to 140 mm) and DLF-220S (up to 220 mm) |
| Finishing processes | Unwinding, laminating, contour cutting, waste matrix removal, slitting, and rewinding |
| Cutting technology | Digital plotter cutting without dies (die-free) – shapes are changed from the cutting file |
| Purpose | For short runs and on-demand finishing: final rolls ready for application are formed from printed rolls. |
The Mini DLF series (DLF-140S and DLF-220S) is designed for situations where labels need to be finished quickly, on site, and without additional stamping costs. These are compact, desktop digital finishers that take uncut, continuous roll-printed material and form it into professionally finished labels, rewinding them into final rolls ready for application.
The series combines the main finishing stages into a single process: unwinding, laminating, contour cutting, waste matrix removal, slitting, and rewinding. Since cutting is digital (plotter), physical dies are not required – the shape of the labels is controlled by the cutting file, so designs and shapes can be changed as often as needed, especially for short runs, prototypes, or frequently changing products.
The DLF-140S and DLF-220S differ in their working width class (up to 140 mm and up to 220 mm, respectively), so the solution can be selected according to the format of the printing equipment and typical label tasks, while maintaining the same working logic and set of finishing functions.
