The DLF-220L / DLF-350L Digital Label Finisher is a professional-grade plotter-type digital label finishing device designed to transform printed label rolls into fully finished, application-ready rolls. The system combines the most important label finishing steps into a single automated process – from media unwinding and (if selected) lamination to digital contour cutting without dies, waste matrix removal, slitting, and rewinding.

These solutions are particularly suitable for medium and short label runs, prototyping, and on-demand printing jobs where flexible label shapes and sizes are required without the expense of physical dies. The DLF series supports different media widths: the DLF-220L up to approximately 225 mm and the DLF-350L up to approximately 350 mm wide, making it adaptable to a variety of printer formats and production requirements. The cutting system can reach speeds of up to approximately 600 mm/s in all directions, and the device supports standard 3-inch roll core sizes and media thicknesses of up to approximately 0.25 mm.
